Jane Gosiger Haley
Following the untimely deaths of her father and brother, Jane went to work at the company her father founded, the C.H. Gosiger Machinery Company in 1972. In an era when there were few women in the manufacturing world, Jane built a nationally recognized machine tool distributor through creativity, hard work, and sheer determination. With her desire to do more than provide her customers with machine tools, she established Gosiger Automation over 30 years ago. And it has grown to become one of the industry leaders in robotic and machine tool integration. Several thousand robots have been integrated, helping manufacturers become more productive and profitable due to her vision.
In addition to her work at Gosiger, Jane served on several corporate and community boards, including the Third National Bank and Trust, the Dayton Power and Light Company, the Ultra Met Company, the University of Dayton, and the Dayton Early College Academy.
